This cosplay,.....
Well I wanted to do Harley Quinn For the longest..
So I went to the site, obviously all in spanish ( im spanish )
But what Im asking is,

I pretty much call them or email them
saying I want a Harley outfit and they will do it?
Kinda confused because they make their own lines
it seems ;3;....
